In view of Covid19, we have also adjusted our Exchange and Returns Policy:

Exchange

If you find that the size of your order does not fit you, we would be glad to exchange your purchase for a correct size one time off.

Please email us at customerservice@sundaydreams.co within 28 days* (for local Singapore orders), 40 days* (for overseas orders) of receiving your parcel to make an exchange. We have the right to decline your exchanges after this period.

Please only send in the pieces after we have given approval for exchange. Complimentary pick up available for all local orders (Singapore).

We accept exchanges that are unused, unworn, unaltered, unwashed and packaged as per the original order with all clothes' tags intact. We regret to inform that we will not accept exchange of items that do not meet the above criteria, and in the event that we deem that the item is non-exchangeable.

For overseas orders, postal fees, custom duties and taxes incurred as a result of exchanges are to be paid by the customer. Do ensure that your exchange parcel to us is sent to us via a traceable mode as we'll not be responsible for any lost mail sent through non-traceable mailing options. Delivery fees, if any, would not be refunded as well.

 

Returns

Our return policy extends to Defective pieces only.

Please email us at customerservice@sundaydreams.co within 28 days* (for local Singapore orders), 40 days* (for overseas orders) of receiving your parcel to make a return. We have the right to decline your Returns after this period.

Please only send in pieces for returns after we have provided you with a return form and approval. Complimentary pick up for returns is available for all local orders (Singapore).

We accept returns that are unused, unworn, unaltered, unwashed and packaged as per the original order with all clothes' tags intact. We regret to inform that we will not accept return of items that do not meet the above criteria and in the event that we deem that the item is non-returnable. 

Do allow 5-7 working days for your returns to be processed. Once we have received and verified your return items, your refund in the form of store credit would be issued to you, together with a confirmation email. Store Credits are valid for one year from the date of issue.

For overseas orders, postal fees, custom duties and taxes incurred as a result of returns are to be paid by the customer. Do ensure that your return parcel to us is sent to us via a traceable mode as we'll not be responsible for any lost mail sent through non-traceable mailing options. Delivery fees, if any, would not be refunded as well.

 

*Only applicable for purchase(s) made from 30th March 2020.

**Please be informed that slight organza dislodged at the edge of organza ruffles are completely normal for our apparels due to the nature of the fabric and the process of manufacturing. These will not be considered as defects.
